By using Visit Pahang, you agree to provide accurate information, use the app lawfully and avoid fraudulent check-ins, voucher misuse, spam, harassment or inappropriate Community Picks content.

Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, manipulate location or activity data, submit false check-ins, misuse vouchers or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Explorer Points and rankings

Explorer Points, rankings, contests, vouchers and rewards are subject to their stated rules, availability and verification. Points have no cash value unless a specific contest or promotion clearly states otherwise.

Check-in verification

Check-ins may depend on location, distance, time, cooldown periods, event eligibility or other verification rules. A check-in may be rejected or reversed if it appears inaccurate, duplicated, manipulated or inconsistent with the relevant rules.

Contests, vouchers and rewards

Additional eligibility requirements, start and end dates, limits, redemption conditions and winner verification may apply. Visit Pahang may amend, pause or cancel a promotion where reasonably necessary.

Community Picks

You are responsible for content you upload. Do not post unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or inappropriate material. Visit Pahang may hide or remove content and may restrict accounts that breach these terms.

Account action

Visit Pahang may suspend or remove accounts, content, points or claims that breach these terms, undermine fair participation, create security risks or harm other users.

Third-party information

Destination, event, deal and business information is provided for convenience and may be updated without notice. Visit Pahang is not responsible for changes made by third-party venues, organisers or service providers. Confirm operating hours, prices, availability and safety requirements directly before travelling.

Availability

The app may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, connectivity, third-party service interruptions or technical issues. Features may be changed, added or removed over time.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect new features, operational requirements or legal obligations. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
